1.) Construction: All frames feature a massive 5 or 7 cross member ladder-frame design with complete 3 member triangulated tongue for unsurpassed strength. The triangulated tongue features full underbody joint braces for incredible shear and bend resistance. The bed, tailgate and versa-tongue area are decked with 1/8 inch steel tread plate for sure-grip and durability. The bed and fender sheet metal are fabricated from 16 ga. steel. The fenders are of a high strength flatfender boxed reinforced type capable of supporting over 300 lbs. Military grade cargo tracks rated at 1000 lbs (50,000 lbs minimum yield) are located throughout the trailer bed and tongue deck for secure and versatile cargo tie-down. A 6-ton adjustable lunette eye coupler is fully gusseted by ¼ inch braces to a 3/16 inch main tongue tube and allows for a full 4 inches of adjustability.
The fully independent .095 wall bed frame is mounted to the .120 wall main frame via polyurethane body mounts and allows for full side marker recess. The tailgate is fully lockable and features adjustable latches. All steel is coated with a standard “industrial” powdercoat system electro-statically applied and baked to 425 degrees..
